Natawa naman ako sa report sa 24 Oras. Si Virgilio “Hello Garci” Garcillano raw, di lang eleksyon ang dinuktor, pati passport din. Ayon kasi sa pagsisiyasat ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, peke raw ang passport na ipinrisinta ni Garci sa Kongreso.

Dahil magaling sa duktoran, di kaya doktor talaga si Garci?
