Kung si Bb. Pilipinas Janina San Miguel ay nagsoli na ng korona at umatras sa laban para sa Miss World, tuloy na tuloy naman ang pagsali ni cyberceleb-blogger McBilly Wilford Sy sa Mr. Cebu 2008.
