It will be a Valentine’s Day in November as Kristoffer Martin and Joyce Ching — also known as KrisJoy — banner the Kapuso Mall Show in Robinsons Place Tagum in Tagum City on Friday.
“We are excited to bring KrisJoy to our Kapusong Davaoeños and Tagumeños because we know how much they missed one of their favorite love teams,” says Oliver Amoroso, officer-in-charge of GMA’s Regional TV Department.
“Tsuperhero” himself — Kapuso actor Derrick Monasterio — together with his co-star and love team partner Bea Binene will entertain their fans in CSI The City Mall in Dagupan City at 4 p.m. tomorrow.
“Tsuperhero,” Philippine TV’s newest Pinoy superhero comedy adventure, is about the extraordinary story of Nonoy (Derrick), a jeepney driver who becomes a superhero because of a mysterious object from a distant planet. Nonoy’s journey becomes more interesting as he develops feelings for Eva (Bea), a barker who finds Nonoy’s kalye attitude irritating and endearing at the same time.
GMA News TV remains a formidable force to reckon with in local television, taking the third slot of the most-watched channel in free TV in Mega Manila.

On top of covering the biggest news stories this Undas, the country’s longest-running morning show “Unang Hirit” and leading primetime newscast “24 Oras” will also be mounting Serbisyong Totoo booths — one at the Manila North Cemetery and another at the Manila South Cemetery — from Monday, October 31, until Wednesday, November 2.
The Serbisyong Totoo booths will be providing free and unlimited water refill; charging stations for phone and gadgets; security name tags for kids; and other freebies such as candies, handy fan, garbage bags, candles, and stem flower.
It will be a busy weekend for some Kapuso stars as they grace several events in different parts of the country for the next three days.

Flying to the City of Smiles this Friday, October 14, is the complicated love triangle cast of “Someone to Watch Over Me.” Kapuso actors Tom Rodriguez, Lovi Poe, and Max Collins take a break from their heartwarming drama to spend time with their Negrense fans. They will be in a Kapuso Mall Show in SM City Bacolod Main Atrium starting 5 p.m.
Filipinos are by nature pleasant, unwilling to rock the boat. One of the country’s core values, after all, is pakikisama or being agreeable — just going with the flow. We shy away from confrontations to protect a kapwa Pilipino’s amor propio.
SITATA TASYO is the record scratch to all that.

For the pilot episode of “Wanted: President” tonight, Mike Enriquez sits down with Vice President Jejomar Binay, who answers the allegations of corruption hurled against him regarding the so-called “Hacienda Binay,” the alleged overpriced Makati City Hall building II, and the Boy Scout land deal.
