Palm started accepting orders for Treo 680 on its website yesterday, and I learned that it will launch in the Philippines on November 29.
Meanwhile, CNET Asia reported that Palm has “announced that it will be shipping its latest Palm OS-powered cellular handheld, the Treo 680, to Asia come December 8.” A Palm representative has also confirmed that “Singapore will be first among the Asia-Pacific countries to get the new PDA-phone, though no dates have been set for the rest of the region,” the report added.
If the Treo 680 will launch in the Philippines next week, doesn’t it mean that we’ll see it earlier than Singaporeans do?
