Nanawagan ang pamilya ni Marcos na mag-move on at magkaisa na ang bansa. Pero may mga nagsasabi namang paano tayo makakausad kung hindi naman sila humihingi ng tawad. ‘Ika nga, there can be no reconciliation without justice.

Access to the New York Times’ website and mobile apps is free to all from today until Wednesday, its executive editor announced on Sunday.

“As journalists who have covered our fair share of campaigns, we consider these moments to be among the most important in the life of a democracy. We believe that everyone, without exception, deserves a deeper understanding of the candidates, the issues and the results of this unprecedented election,” New York Times executive editor Dean Baquet said in an email to the newspapers’ readers.

GMA News mounts Serbisyong Totoo booths this Undas

On top of covering the biggest news stories this Undas, the country’s longest-running morning show “Unang Hirit” and leading primetime newscast “24 Oras” will also be mounting Serbisyong Totoo booths — one at the Manila North Cemetery and another at the Manila South Cemetery — from Monday, October 31, until Wednesday, November 2.

The Serbisyong Totoo booths will be providing free and unlimited water refill; charging stations for phone and gadgets; security name tags for kids; and other freebies such as candies, handy fan, garbage bags, candles, and stem flower.

‘State of lawless violence,’ idineklara matapos ang Davao bombing
