Pinas Sarap is the latest addition to GMA News TV’s buffet of top-notch public affairs programs and hosting it is no less than award-winning documentarist Kara David. It airs its first episode tonight.
Every week, Kara takes viewers on an adventure that will enable them to have a deeper understanding and appreciation of Filipino food. Each trip will present the history behind the featured local dish as well as the latest unique Filipino cuisine.

Kapuso loveteam KrisJoy spreads love and kilig as “Hahamakin ang Lahat” goes to Davao del Norte this Friday, November 18.
It will be a Valentine’s Day in November as Kristoffer Martin and Joyce Ching — also known as KrisJoy — banner the Kapuso Mall Show in Robinsons Place Tagum in Tagum City on Friday.
“We are excited to bring KrisJoy to our Kapusong Davaoeños and Tagumeños because we know how much they missed one of their favorite love teams,” says Oliver Amoroso, officer-in-charge of GMA’s Regional TV Department.

“Tsuperhero” himself — Kapuso actor Derrick Monasterio — together with his co-star and love team partner Bea Binene will entertain their fans in CSI The City Mall in Dagupan City at 4 p.m. tomorrow.
“Tsuperhero,” Philippine TV’s newest Pinoy superhero comedy adventure, is about the extraordinary story of Nonoy (Derrick), a jeepney driver who becomes a superhero because of a mysterious object from a distant planet. Nonoy’s journey becomes more interesting as he develops feelings for Eva (Bea), a barker who finds Nonoy’s kalye attitude irritating and endearing at the same time.

The Philippines’ first vegan festival is happening on Nov. 12 and 13 at Eastwood City in Libis, Quezon City.
To commemorate World Vegan Month, Vegans of Manila and Manila Vegans have come together to launch the Philippines’ first vegan festival called VegFest Pilipinas on November 12 and 13, 2016 at Eastwood City in Libis, Quezon City.
VegFest Pilipinas aims to spread awareness that veganism is more than just a diet that is free from any animal products such as farm meats, fish and other sea animals, as well as animal by-products like dairy, eggs and honey — that it is a lifestyle that has tons of benefits to the body, the planet, and the animals.
Through the activities that are lined up, VegFest Pilipinas aims to show the Filipinos that going vegan is fun, easy, and relevant.
